Job Description
Summary
This job is for a counterintelligence agent at the Defense Intelligence Agency, where you'll work to detect and prevent threats from foreign spies or insiders who might harm national security.
It involves partnering with teams, upholding strict ethical standards, and using specialized expertise to protect defense operations.
A good fit would be someone with military or intelligence background, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to public service.
Key Requirements
- Successful completion of a certifying Counterintelligence training course per DoD Directive 5240.02, with certificate uploaded
- Relevant education, experience, or certifications in intelligence or counterintelligence fields
- Proficiency in knowledge areas tied to mandatory assessment factors for job performance
- Ability to address all mandatory assessment factors in application responses, beyond just resume references
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for security clearance (implied for DIA role)
