This position is located at the SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) - Office of Mental Health, Coastal Empire Community Mental Health Center (CEMHC), 1050 Ribaut Rd., Beaufort, SC 29902.Responsibilities for this Engagement Specialist:
Guided by the treatment team, help determine if services being provided are meeting the needs of the patient and family and offer recommendations around services needed or recommended.
Contact patients identified on the 45/90 days not seen report and referrals from direct service providers and actively works to engage the patient.
Experience working with children and adults in a mental health setting.
Background in customer service.
Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish (or another language) are a plus.
