About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Chili's Grill and Bar, Yokota AB, Japan. This is an Intermittent (Flexible) position, 0-40 hours per week.

Qualifying Experience: Experience in and knowledge of food preparation principals and characteristics of food.
Ability to perform yield tests and understand how to adjust ingredients in standardized recipes. Knowledge of procedures to order, issue, and store food. Major Duties:
Prepares meats, fish, and poultry using various methods. Prepares soups, stocks, broths, gravies, sauces, and puddings without the use of packaged mixes.
Adjusts standardized recipes for number of servings and performs yield testing. Prepares meals by coordinating cooking time so all items are completed on time and at proper temperature.
