About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Contingency Quarters (379 AEW/EFSS) Al Udeid AB. This position is an unaccompanied position.

Dependents or pets are not authorized to move to Qatar. Who May Apply: Open to everyone. Applicants will be categorized by preference(s) and/or priority consideration eligibilities.

An applicant's eligibility will be determined based on eligibility claimed in the questionnaire and proof of eligibility MUST be provided with application by the closing date, 03/11/2026 Business Based Action, Military Spouse Preference, Outside Applicant Veteran, Spouse/Widow/Parent of Veteran, and Transition Hiring Preference In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social).

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Qualifying Experience: Be able to work independently and plan work in order to achieve maximum accomplishment of assigned duties.

Have the ability to complete a variety of reports and track requirements and completions. Typing skills are required.

Be able to communicate effectively in English language, i.e., read, write and speak.

Have experience in general clerical or cashier work of any kind in which the applicant has demonstrated ability to perform satisfactorily in handling multiple tasks and providing quality customer service.

Experience must have been sufficiently demanding to demonstrate the ability to apply basic analytical methods and techniques to resolve problems and/ or deviations from normal management procedures or program requirements.

Be able to satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Tier 1 Investigation. Be able to satisfactorily complete a Pre-employment Physical, and Drug test.

Incumbent must sign the Air Force Mobility agreement. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Major Duties:

The Contingency Quarters activity consists of multiple operations that are local with facilities consisting of multiple desks that is a full-time operation.

Maximizes efficient use of assigned rooms containing in excess of 15,000 bed spaces supporting a wide range of permanent party, deployed transient personnel.

Provides routine and on demand rosters to leadership with details on assigned and vacant rooms to include other pertinent information as necessary to support operational decision making.

Received and confirms reservations by telephone, email, or personal contact. Registers and assigns bedspaces to guest, makes and issues room keys, and may escort guests to rooms as needed.

Checks guests into and out of bedspaces. Confirm bedspace accountability by validating rooms. Ensures that only authorized patrons use of government quarters.

Completed mass check-in and check - out upon arrival of deployers at other locations on the installation as required. Briefs arriving personnel regarding contingency quarters policies and procedures.

Coordinates with representative from other units to assign guest to bedspaces. Maintains current check out list. Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Endures requires information is received from guests or unit representative and entered into guest folio. Spaces and/ or prints backup reports from property management system to a secure data location.

Records and notifies appropriate person or organization of maintenance problems reported by guests. Ensure front desk area and lobby remains clean. Process Night audit procedures nightly.

Maintains the lost and found program. Endures that customer service is the first priority.

This may include escorting of contractors in lodging and other Expeditionary Force Support Squadron supported operations on base. Performs other related duties as assigned.
