Job Description

Summary

This job involves overseeing a 24-hour recovery center for people in vocational rehabilitation, ensuring a safe and supportive environment while managing staff, budgets, and daily operations.

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Addictions Counseling, or related field
  • At least two years of experience in leadership roles
  • Preferred: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), or Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC)
  • Ability to supervise staff, including recruitment, hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluations
  • Experience managing budgets and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and licensing
  • Oversee facility safety, cleanliness, security, and provide customer service
  • Valid driver's license with clean 10-year driving record; local and occasional overnight travel required

In this position you will be responsible for the following job duties:
  • Supervise daily operations of a 24 hour recovery center to ensure safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for consumers.
  • Ensure recovery plans are consumer focused.
  • Recruit, hire and retain employees.
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor recovery center staff to deliver consumer centered services, comply with policies, procedures, and licensing requirements, and achieve the Agency mission.
  • Complete performance appraisals and planning documents.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget in accordance to Agency policy and procedures.
  • Oversee facility safety, cleanliness, and security protocols to maintain compliance and welcoming environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Master's degree required, preferably in Rehabilitation Counseling, Addictions Counseling, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in leadership roles required, required.
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), or Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC), preferred.
  • Requires local travel; occasional overnight travel required.

Official transcripts will be required to verify college degree.
