A qualified candidate must possess the following: Demonstrated work experience directly related to the duties to be performed, knowledge of commercial sponsorship practices and advertising theory.
Must be able to articulate with strong communication and presentation skills. Organized and focused on priorities that move the sales process forward.
Creative thinker who can match marketers' goals with military audiences available on our media properties. Ability to work independently and be a highly motivated-self starter.
A general knowledge of the military environment area is desirable. Follow-up communication and time management skills required.
Ability to research, obtain and study information about clients' products, services, needs, challenges, advertising/sponsorship history, and business practices in order to provide effective sales presentations and appropriate assistance.
Manage and maintain sales automation processes. Highly Preferred - Resume must demonstrate experience in the highly preferred criteria.
Experience using sales type software such as DealMaker or Salesforce.com. Applicants that meet the Highly Preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first.
All others may be referred if management does not make a selection from the Highly Preferred list.
