Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team of supervisors and workers in various trades to maintain and repair naval ships and facilities at a Navy base in Washington state.
You'll plan work schedules, coordinate resources like tools and materials, and ensure everything runs smoothly for both short-term tasks and long-term projects.
It's a great fit for someone with hands-on experience in multiple trades who enjoys managing people and solving on-the-job challenges in a military setting.
You will serve as a Combined Trades Supervisor II in the Production Resources Department of PSNS and IMF.
Although a specific length of time and experience is not required for most trade and labor occupations, you must show through experience and training that you possess the quality level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the position at the level for which you are applying.
Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time.
