About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Aero Club, Beale AFB.
You will be scheduled to work anywhere from 0-40 hours per week; hours are not guaranteed. This position does not receive benefits. Who May Apply: Open to everyone.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social).
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience: Must have experience in using all the programs within the scope of Microsoft Office used in a clerical, and administrative office environment.
Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must have skills in organizing and maintaining files both electronic and hard copy. Must understand basic accounting principles.
Must have skill in developing positive relationships with the public. Major Duties:
Assists the Aero Club Operations Lead in the economic and efficient operation of club facilities. Serves as the office assistant.
Performs administrative and clerical duties, updating sales vouchers, recording payments, processing credit card payments, prepaid accounts. Prepares business reports, l 876's and makes bank deposits.
Track prepaid accounts and checks for 100% accuracy in all accounting and documentation. Prepares a wide variety of recurring reports and correspondences.
Interacts with the NAF Accounting Office, Data Automation and Marketing as needed. Reviews and processes incoming and outgoing correspondence, materials, publications, regulations and directives.
Responsible for receiving, tracking and the display of resale merchandise. Processes payments to contractors in the IPBS system.
May be required to prepare HOBBS sheets and tracks flight hours of all aircraft.
Will assist the Aero Club Operations Lead with the following requirements, to include financial paperwork, FAA reports, all monthly documentation required in the absence of the Operations Lead.
Promotes exceptional customer service and maintains strong working relationships with all base and off base agencies that work with the Aero Club program.
Perform all other duties as assigned by the Community Services Flight Chief.
