In this position, you will be responsible for planning and organizing a comprehensive patient nutrition care program, including those requiring therapeutic or prescribed diets.
Responsibilities include developing, modifying, and implementing menus and individualized nutrition care plans in accordance with physicians’ orders and established nutritional standards.
The nutrition care program also encompasses conducting nutritional assessments, reviewing diet histories, and completing required medical record documentation.
Work is performed with a high degree of initiative and independent professional judgment.
