This temporary role supports the manager of a program aimed at cutting climate pollution by handling day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with team leaders, and keeping everything organized in a busy office.
It's perfect for someone who's already working at the Department of Ecology or in their conservation corps, loves staying on top of details, and wants to help with environmental goals through strong communication and teamwork.
The job lasts about four months and mixes office time with remote work.

The Climate Pollution Reduction Program (CPRP) is offering a temporary opportunity to serve as the lead administrative assistant and trusted partner to the Program Manager.
This highly visible role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and collaboration, and who wants to play a key role in supporting leadership and advancing the program’s goals.
You’ll be the administrative hub for CPRP, helping leaders and staff stay focused, informed, and moving forward together.
