Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-8. Master's degree or 2 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

You will serve as a CAREER MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the CAREER MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS DIVISION, DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY of NACC FIELD OFC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience developing training and education programs. Experience utilizing automation software.
Experience developing competencies for specific acquisition career fields. Experience developing an in-depth understanding of the employee program life cycle.
