The Opportunity
WSDOT is currently seeking a skilled application developer to serve as the Capital Systems Developer, the agency’s subject matter expert for Capital Systems tools, delivering enterprise application development and integration services that support statewide program and project management for the $6+ billion capital construction program across highways, ferries, rail, traffic operations, and facilities.
Reporting to Headquarters within the Capital Program Development and Management (CPDM) Division, this role will design, develop, configure, test, implement, maintain, and document software solutions and integrations across Oracle’s Primavera Suite, including P6, Unifier, Project Integration Framework (PIF), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and reporting tools.
The role will focus on enhancing business processes, supporting eConstruction, design development, and program management activities, while ensuring reliable connectivity between modern platforms and legacy systems used by more than 2,000 internal and external users.
The position will collaborate closely with business units and IT partners to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centered solutions that improve efficiency and data integrity statewide.
Our top candidate will bring advanced application development and systems integration experience, Oracle/Primavera configuration expertise, SQL and data management proficiency, and the ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions.
