As a Campus Advocate Coordinator you will be responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating, and conducting programs, trainings, and initiatives designed to educate and support faculty, staff, and students regarding their rights.
Ensuring investigations of reports and complaints of misconduct are adequate, reliable, timely, confidential and impartial.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled.
To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.
GS-07: 1 year of specialized experience that equipped me with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of this position.
This experience is related to the work of the position, equivalent to at least the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service.
Examples include: providing technical support in conducting investigations; ensuring proper record-keeping on all concerns/complaints; organizing and maintaining files, reports and other records related to compliance; disseminating educational materials, including (but not limited to) brochures, posters or web based materials informing members of a community of relevant rights, processes, responsibilities and resources; assisting in developing tailored information to specific communities as appropriate.
or Superior Academic Achievement that includes one of the following: (1) Class standing: must be in the upper third of the graduating class, based on completed courses; or (2) Grade-Point Average: must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0 ("B" or better) based on 4 years of education, or as computed based on courses completed during the final 2 years of the curriculum; or 3.5 or higher out of a possible 4.0 ("B+" or better) based on the average of the required courses completed in the major field completed during the final 2 years of the curriculum; or (3) Election to membership in a National Scholastic Honor Society: membership in one of the national scholastic honor societies recognized by the Association of College Honor Societies.
Membership in a freshman honor society cannot be used to meet the requirements of this provision.
To be creditable under this provision, superior academic achievement must have been gained in a curriculum that is qualifying for the position to be filled.

Education at the graduate level in an accredited college or university in the amounts shown in the table meets the requirements for positions at GS-7 through GS-11.

One year of full-time graduate education is considered to be the number of credit hours that the school attended has determined to represent 1 year of full-time study.
If that information cannot be obtained from the school, 18 semester hours should be considered as satisfying the 1 year of full-time study requirement.

As a Campus Advocate Coordinator, GS-0301-7/9/11, your typical work assignments will include the following under supervision: Develop, implement, coordinate, and conduct training and initiatives designed to educate and support faculty, staff, and students regarding their rights where applicable.
Handle claims of sexual misconduct, sexual violence, sexual assault, sexual harassment, and gender discrimination with sensitivity and neutrality.
Collaborate with leadership and campus constituencies to disseminate information, redesign processes, and support the University's investigative processes.
Select, train, and oversee designated investigative staff across critical areas of the institution.
Coordinate with relevant departments including orientation, programs, admissions and other relevant department to ensure effective communication with incoming students.
Oversee, coordinate, and ensure investigations of reports and complaints of sexual misconduct are adequate, reliable, timely, confidential and impartial.
Assist in the university's compliance efforts with Clery Act, VAWA, and NAIA sexual violence policies and requirements and related reporting requirements.
