Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will be paid. .1. Recruitment Incentive: $1,500 upon completion of Texas Roadhouse Manager in Training (MIT), Army and MWR training .2.
Retention Bonus: $2,000 after 24 consecutive months of service and receive an Above Satisfactory Rating on their Annual review. Resumes must be two pages (or less).

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience managing or directing the activities of full service Franchise style restaurant (ie, steakhouse, etc).
