Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This role involves leading business operations for a naval maintenance center, advising top leaders on personnel, planning, and efficiency improvements to support military missions.
It requires overseeing everything from manpower and security to IT and contracting to ensure smooth, effective operations.

You will serve as a BUSINESS MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR in the CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning and implementing direct support Business Management services (e.g., developing long and short range plans, Civilian and Military Manpower/Manning, Security, Business Operations, Information Technology, Enterprise Resource Planning, or Contracting Officer Representative) to improve the execution of a commands continuous improvement program.
