This job is for a barista at a coffee shop on the Fort Drum military base, where you'll prepare and serve coffee drinks, handle customer payments, manage inventory, and keep the area clean while training other staff.
It's ideal for someone with customer service experience in a fast-paced food or beverage setting who enjoys working with people and has basic math skills.
No advanced degrees are needed, just hands-on experience with coffee equipment.
This position is located at the Sip of Glory Coffeehouse in The Peak. Join our team at the Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) at Fort Drum.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and inventory, AND skill in mixing and serving the full range of coffee beverages and other specialty non-alcoholic drinks, AND experience utilizing a commercial espresso machine, AND ability to cross train and monitor the work of other staff.
