This job is for a Banquet Captain at the U.S.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience directly related to banquet service. This experience must be reflected on your resume to be considered eligible for this position.

Major Duties:

  • Oversees the management and performance of event banquet staff.
  • Delegates duties to staff, set-up and completion of event, assistance with proper scheduling, labor control, linen control and payment postings.
  • When required will function as a Server, Food Runner, Cashier, or Bartender as needed.
  • Accountable for event props/materials and management of department equipment.
  • At times will serve as event Manager on duty. Guest interaction is an integral part of the position.
