This job is for a Banquet Captain at the U.S.

Major Duties:
- Oversees the management and performance of event banquet staff.
- Delegates duties to staff, set-up and completion of event, assistance with proper scheduling, labor control, linen control and payment postings.
- When required will function as a Server, Food Runner, Cashier, or Bartender as needed.
- Accountable for event props/materials and management of department equipment.
- At times will serve as event Manager on duty. Guest interaction is an integral part of the position.
