Ability to conduct complex legal research, engage in extensive legal analysis, and present the analysis and recommendations in a clear, precise, and persuasive manner, both in writing and orally, often in the face of a substantial volume of work, tight deadlines, and changing priorities 2.
Demonstrates polished oral and written communication skills to compose, tailor, and deliver original presentations and papers on abstract and exceptionally complex questions or issues in a way that allows a varied audience to understand the intended message and objectives 3.
Interprets exceptionally complex information and issues to formulate logical conclusions and recommendations 4.
Serves as an advisor on substantive taskings and initiatives to support senior Agency leadership HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1.
Experience providing legal advice on criminal investigations, employee misconduct, and ethics 2. Familiarity with the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community 3.
Experience working with Congress QUALIFICATIONS: Basic Requirements: You must possess 1 year of specialized experience at the level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the next lower qualifying band or equivalent GS/GG level, which is directly related to the position being filled.
Your experience must demonstrate possession of the necessary knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position.
