The Colorado State University Pueblo Office of the Registrar links the institution with our past, present, and future students. The office is responsible for maintaining the official student academic records of the University. In addition, the Registrar’s Office provides a myriad of academic support services such as: academic record safekeeping; FERPA compliance; course registration; grade collection and processing; processing individual student course withdrawals; course and room scheduling; transcript delivery; transfer evaluation; degree audits; graduation tracking and clearance; enrollment and degree verifications; academic calendar planning; catalog publication; academic policy enforcement; and, construction of course and final exam schedules. Finally, the Registrar’s Office ensures compliance with extant local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations. The Office of the Registrar is dedicated to providing the best possible customer service to meet the needs of the University community.
Requirements
Colorado State University Pueblo is seeking applications for an Assistant Registrar.
The Assistant Registrar is an integral member of the Registrar’s Office, leading front office operations and supervising administrative staff to provide outstanding service to students, faculty, staff, and the campus community.
This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of student records and supporting students throughout their academic journey.
The successful candidate will oversee daily office operations, guide and support staff, and help maintain efficient, student-centered processes.
Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations; managing communication systems and workflows; and providing training and support for campus users of Registrar systems.
The Assistant Registrar also plays a key role in advancing operational effectiveness, promoting excellent customer service, and contributing to student success and the mission of the university.
