This job involves caring for animals at a farm stables and kennel, including feeding them, cleaning their areas, observing for health issues, and maintaining records.
It's a hands-on role that requires physical strength and attention to detail.
A good fit would be someone with experience handling animals, especially horses, who enjoys outdoor work and following care instructions.
This position is located at Morgan Farm Stables and Kennel. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Be physically able to lift and carry heavy items weighing over 70 pounds. 2. Stand and walk for long periods of time. 3.
Be able to follow complex written instructions. 4. Be able to maintain animal care records.
Skills and Knowledge: Ability to recognize obvious changes to the normal appearance and activities of animals. Ability to handle animals and clean work areas.
Qualifications will be evaluated on the following competencies: knowledge, skills, abilities, additional screening criteria and other characteristics.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": 1.
Experience working with horses. The experience listed above must be reflected on your resume to be considered a Highly Preferred candidate for this position.
Applicants meeting the Highly Preferred criteria will be referred first to the Selecting Official.
