You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. There is no specific length of training or experience required.

Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of an Ammunition Handler Leader without more than normal supervision.
I have the ability to perform common Ammunition Handler Leader duties. I can provide instructions to workers; answer worker questions; and receive, inspect, and store ammunition and explosive items.
I work under normal supervision of a work leader or journey-level employee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed.

(related to mobile equipment operation) Ability To Lead or Supervise Dexterity and Safety Knowledge of Equipment Assembly, Installation, and Repair, etc.
Knowledge of Materials Technical Practices (theoretical, precise, artistic) Use of Measuring Instruments PHYSICAL EFFORTS: Stands, stoops, bends. and works in tiring and uncomfortable positions.
May be required to work at a rapid pace for longer periods. Frequently lifts and carries material weighing up to 70 pounds, and at times may handle items weighing over 70 pounds.
Moderate physical effort is used in generating forklift hand and foot controls while driving, turning, starting, and stopping the forklift truck and raising, lowering, and tilting loads being moved.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed both inside and outside but primarily in igloos/magazines, that are unheated, with concrete floors.
Incumbent is subject to extreme caution due to the nature of items involved and must at all times adhere to fire, safety, and security regulations within assigned areas.
Work requires handling hazardous materials, subject to exposure to explosive hazards and chemical fumes.
Work requires wearing protective clothing such as steel-toed shoes, rubber gloves, face shields, hearing protection, safety glasses and aprons. Major Duties:
