Requirements

In this Aging Care Manager 2 position serving as a PA Medi Medicare Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that established benchmark goals are met and that services are provided in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and policies.

Your responsibilities will include:

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
• Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• Six months as an Aging Care Manager 1 or a County Caseworker 1; or
• Successful completion of the County Social Casework Intern program; or
• Six months of professional human services or nursing experience; and a bachelor’s degree in social sciences, behavioral sciences, human services, or a closely related field; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.
