This role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks for a naval intelligence office, such as creating policies, handling personnel issues, overseeing travel and budgets, and providing support to senior leaders.
It's ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and experience in government or office management who enjoys coordinating teams and ensuring smooth operations.
The position requires attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive security matters.
You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER for the Department of the Navy (DON) on the staff of the Office of the Chief of Naval Intelligence & Security.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing and implementing administrative policies; AND providing administrative support on a wide range of personnel management decisions (e.g.
manpower and resource management, training, monitoring personnel actions, and preparing a variety of correspondence).
