Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves providing administrative support to a state financial regulatory division, including managing budgets, tracking expenses and revenues, assisting with licensing processes, and updating the agency's website.

The Division of Banking & Securities is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant 2 located in Juneau!
What you will be doing:
The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate, oversee, and perform paraprofessional administrative and program support tasks guided by policy, procedure, and regulation.
This position performs regulatory tasks that extend the capacity of professional and technical level examiners plus investigators in the licensing, examination, and enforcement of the financial industry.
This position reports to the Division Operations Manager.
This PCN provides executive support to the Division Operations Manager. In addition, this position focuses day-to-day on the agency’s budget, expenditure and revenue tracking, licensing support, and website tasks while maintaining responsibility for all functional areas and tasks listed. The incumbent evaluates data and processes, applies administrative policies, makes recommendations, and implements changes to office procedures.Our organization, mission, and culture:
