You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Providing advice and guidance to agency managers (field and headquarters) on matters relative to organizational operations, policies, procedures, and other requirements; Performing a variety of investigative and analytical functions at the Headquarters level.
responsible for adjudication determinations pursuant to the Immigration and Naturalization Act Section (INA) 212(d)(5)(A), Coordination and Deconfliction, Public Safety and National Security related vetting, oversight, and compliance; Researching data sensitive databases from a variety of sources to evaluate a subject's interaction with law enforcement; Operating under delegated authority for approval of Parole Applications; and Coordinating working groups with internal and external partners including, Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), U.S.
Marshals Service, U.S. Coast Guard, Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of International Affairs, State and Local Police Departments.
