Job Description

Summary

This summer internship with the Defense Intelligence Agency in Charlottesville, Virginia, involves supporting analysis tasks to help with national defense and intelligence operations.

Interns will work on real-world projects that require teamwork, ethical decision-making, and a focus on mission success.

It's a great fit for college students or recent graduates who are eager to learn about intelligence work, have strong analytical skills, and are committed to public service.

Key Requirements

  • Current enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., in intelligence, international relations, or related fields)
  • Demonstrated analytical and research skills through academic or professional experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities to address assessment factors effectively
  • Commitment to core values including teamwork, integrity, excellence, and service
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Availability for a summer 2027 internship in Charlottesville, VA
  • Proficiency in addressing mandatory assessment factors with specific examples from experience
