Job Description

Summary

This internship offers college students a chance to gain hands-on experience in science and technology roles at a Defense Intelligence Agency facility near Cape Canaveral, Florida, supporting national defense missions through teamwork and innovative projects.

It's ideal for motivated undergraduates or recent graduates passionate about applying their technical skills to real-world intelligence and military operations.

Successful interns will contribute to operational success while building expertise in a secure, mission-driven environment.

Key Requirements

  • Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in science, technology, engineering, or a related field
  • Strong academic record demonstrating relevant coursework or projects in technical areas
  • Ability to address mandatory assessment factors, including knowledge of defense intelligence principles
  • U.S. citizenship and eligibility for security clearance (due to sensitive nature of work)
  • Commitment to core values like teamwork, integrity, excellence, and service to the nation
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages may be advantageous
  • Availability for summer 2027 term at Patrick Air Force Base location
